Namratha B Swamy is a seasoned business leader with over 9 years of experience in driving growth and revenue transformation for consumer tech and CPG/Retail companies. Currently serving as the Country Head (GM) for India at Mobile Premier League, she is responsible for driving overall business growth and managing the P&L for the region. Prior to her current role, Namratha was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Co. in their Bangalore office. During her tenure, she played a key role in developing strategies for account growth and revenue transformation for multiple digital native businesses. She also worked with a top IT services client to transform their delivery models and was involved in running an organization-wide transformation project for a global IT service giant. Namratha holds a PGDM degree in Finance, Economics and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BE degree in Electronics and Communication from PES Institute of Technology.
